Hi, I'm Lauri Rollings
Lauri Rollings and Associates helps create safer, more productive construction jobsites and promotes recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce through consulting and training on leadership and inclusion.
Lauri Rollings has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a practicing attorney, executive director of construction trade associations, and a consultant. Rollings previously served as Executive Director of the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of Oregon and Executive Director of the Plumbing Mechanical & Sheet Metal Contractors’ Alliance of Milwaukee.
Before running contractor associations, she practiced law for more than a decade representing clients in a broad range of industries. Before that, she was a newspaper reporter. Rollings graduated with honors from both Stanford Law School and the University of Wisconsin.
Our Association in Milwaukee recently had Lauri present on Creating Respectful Workplaces. When we set up the program we were hopeful that our contractor members would value the materials covered. Not only did Lauri deliver but she exceeded expectations! Our members took away practical lessons to improve the management and company culture and we've already engaged with Lauri on additional programming to make our workplaces/jobsites safer and more effective.
