By Lauri Rollings

Earl Buford is the President of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and a lifelong champion of projects that improve job seekers’ and employers’ quality of life. He leads CAEL’s mission of providing solutions to promote sustainable and equitable economic growth in collaboration with workforce and economic developers, post-secondary educators, employers, industry groups, foundations, and other mission-aligned groups.
