Lauri Rollings presentation of a Respectful Workplace was a huge success with our teams, totaling close to 200 attendees. She was very flexible and willing to travel to three of our sites throughout the state for a personal presentation. Lauri delivered in a well-organized, meaningful, and authentic way. She was very engaging and her understanding of our industry made her very relatable and our employees were much more willing to open up and discuss topics. She was able to create some insightful dialogue which really helped to drive home the lessons. Her session provided us with new tools that we can use in the workplace as well as personal life. It was so valuable that she tailored her presentation to our group, asked for feedback, and adjusted following presentations to include some ideas specific to our needs. I still have employees commenting to me about how much they enjoyed Lauri and her presentation. I will not hesitate to have Lauri speak to our group again!
