Are you thinking about starting or buying a construction contracting business? Are you a tradesperson who has been promoted to run a division of a contracting business? You are probably quickly learning there is more to running a successful contracting business than installing materials or equipment.
In the Contracting Business Basics course, you can learn about the major components of running a contracting business. We focus on sales and marketing, operations, and becoming profitable. We also discuss working with external partners like insurance agents, accountants, lawyers, and bankers. Participants will also develop a financial proforma that sets financial goals and allows you to price work profitably.
The course can be delivered in a variety of ways to meet you needs, including in-person, remote, or via video. Learn more by contacting me at lauri@laurirollings.com or Hank Brancaccio at hb.thewinningedge@gmail.com.
